Mechanical components production process and complete process flow

Production of mechanical parts process from the design drawings into products, to go through a series of manufacturing processes. Usually raw materials or semi-finished products into products through all the processes called the production process. 3, a complete mechanical parts processing process should contain material preparation - milling machine - heat treatment - grinding machine - CNC lathe - CNC - wire cutting - EDM - surface treatment - quality control - packaging, and other common processes; and the processes and workstations corresponding to the unit, margin, tool speed, feed, number of revolutions, rate and other parameters; usually in the form of a process card or process form, also known as IPO. Usually exists in the form of process card or process table, also called IPO.

4, each station, there are corresponding to the allowance, tool speed, feed, number of revolutions, rate, and other processing parameters; processing parameters determine the quality of this station and the cost of processing.
